At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for an energetic, results-oriented, and data-driven Marketing Lead, EMEA to drive qualified pipeline growth across our EMEA region. You’ll lead regional demand generation programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and revenue, working hand-in-hand with Sales & Sales Development leadership, Partners, RevOps, Enablement, Brand, Field, and PMM teams.

Your superpower is taking global demand strategy and localizing it for the EMEA market—spearheading regional programs, optimizing the funnel, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales to deliver measurable business impact. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll think big about the long-term regional growth plan while rolling up your sleeves to execute high-performing, data-informed programs.

About the role:
  • Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Our cash compensation amount for this role depends on the cost of labor of the geographic area and career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.

As a Marketing Lead, EMEA, you’ll …

    • Own the EMEA Demand Strategy: Build and execute the regional demand generation strategy aligned with Webflow’s global GTM goals, focusing on driving high-quality leads, pipeline, and revenue through a combination of inbound, outbound, and field programming
    • Run End-to-End Programs: Develop integrated campaigns across paid media, events, content syndication, email, and ABM channels to reach target audiences and accelerate the funnel
    • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with EMEA Sales Leadership, Sales Development, Enablement, RevOps, and Global Marketing to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and execution
    • Optimize the Funnel: Analyze and continuously improve conversion rates throughout the funnel—from MQL to SQL to closed-won. Identify gaps, surface insights, and implement data-driven optimizations
    • Localize Global Campaigns: Adapt global programs and messaging for EMEA markets, ensuring cultural and market relevance across key verticals and languages
    • Measure What Matters: Monitor performance dashboards, communicate insights and impact regularly to around what’s working, what’s not, and actionable next steps, and maintain a living dashboard of KPIs tied to MQL, SQL, SAO (sales accepted opp), and revenue
    • Be a Strategic Growth Partner: Contribute to the broader GTM motion, sharing insights from EMEA to influence global demand strategy and investment decisions
    • Think Boldly, Execute Brilliantly: Combine creativity and analytical rigor to identify innovative demand tactics that stand out in the EMEA market
    • Enterprise-Grade Execution: Ensure all programs align to enterprise-grade security, compliance, and brand guidelines; maintain polished collateral and messaging
    • Experiment & Iterate: Design a rigorous test‑and‑learn roadmap with rapid A/B and multivariate tests; analyze results; iterate and scale winning experiments that improve full-funnel conversion
    • Stay on the bleeding edge of Demand, Digital, and AI innovation: scanning the horizon for new tactics, platforms, and tools that can give Webflow a competitive advantage

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.
