Essor’s brand portfolio today includes a broad range of rapidly growing health & wellness and lifestyle brands like Boka, ZitSticka, Puracy, OTOTO Design, FreshCap, Iron Flask, Fullstar, NumNum, Key Nutrients, and Viking Revolution that are sold on Amazon, Direct to Consumer channels, and through national retailers like Target, CVS, and Walmart. 

About the Role:

The Marketing Lead, E-Commerce Growth is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing strategy across content, packaging, social media, CRM, and off-platform media, with a strong focus on driving sustainable e-commerce growth. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring the brand’s vision is reflected in all touchpoints and contribute to the success of a business unit consisting of six distinct brands. You will work closely with the Brand Manager(s) and the BU Director to translate brand strategy into actionable, effective marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role where you will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring consumer insights and strategic brand objectives to life. You’ll be responsible for driving marketing initiatives from strategic planning to execution, with an emphasis on performance, consistency, and market relevance.


What You'll Do:

  • Brand Strategy Collaboration & Execution:
    • Work closely with the Brand Manager(s) and BU Director to define and refine brand strategy and positioning.
    • Translate the agreed brand vision into clear messaging frameworks, creative guidelines, and channel-specific execution principles.
    • Ensure brand consistency and coherence across all consumer touchpoints, including packaging, content, and off-platform channels.
  • Content, Creative & Social Media Leadership:
    • Lead content and creative execution across channels, including social media, website, and digital platforms.
    • Manage and oversee a team of 4 consisting of content specialists, graphic designers, and a social media manager.
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Lead, with the help of our internal marketing agency, the lifecycle marketing strategy, including email and SMS campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, promotional calendars, and customer loyalty initiatives.
    • Drive repeat purchases, improve customer retention, and grow lifetime value (LTV).
  • Packaging & Product Storytelling:
    • Oversee packaging design and execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and product messaging.
    • Collaborate with New Product Development (NPD) and Brand teams to ensure consistency in product naming, claims, and on-pack communication.
  • Performance Marketing (Off-Amazon):
    • Refine the strategy for off-platform media, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Ensure creative and messaging align with brand positioning and commercial priorities.
    • Collaborate with the Commercial team to allocate budgets and optimize performance across channels.

What You Are:

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
  • Proven ability to translate brand strategy into effective marketing execution.
  • Strong sensitivity to brand, design, and visual coherence, with the ability to brief creatives and evaluate output against brand guidelines.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with an ability to leverage data and performance metrics to guide decisions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Comfort with AI tools and other digital technologies to optimize marketing efforts
  • Multi-brand portfolio experience.
  • Experience with Amazon or omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • A background in beauty, wellness, food, or consumer goods.
