Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Lead Allergan Aesthetics is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and programs that support the implementation of commercial strategy and optimize business results. This position is also responsible for developing plans in collaboration with various stakeholders to uniquely position products and services. The incumbent will also be responsible for shaping the direction and development of the business unit along with embedding commercial and digital fundamentals across the business unit.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic vision: Look for opportunities to grow AA business, whether through scaling actual initiatives or new ideas. Assist in developing credible annual objectives related to promotion that optimize product and business unit performance; lead the marketing portion of the annual strategic plan;
Support the development of marketing staff to deliver excellence in marketing
strategy and commercial competitiveness.
Provide leadership and oversight for marketing functions, including product
management, marketing research and business analytics;
Lead the development and implementation of annual marketing plans,
campaigns and tactics to maximize product performance; coordinate with HQ
marketing teams to understand and adapt global plans for local audiences;
Champion the development of customer strategy that ensures a strong
reputation, high visibility and commercial competitiveness;
Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, public relation firms and market
research vendors used to promote Allergan Medical Aesthetics products in Israel;
Provide valuable input into the evaluation and recommendation for Go/No Go decision on pipeline product;
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
Interface with Medical, Regulatory and Legal to develop marketing materials and campaigns; ensure compliance with company policies as well as legal and regulatory standards.
Lead cross-functional new product planning process for launch opportunities.

QualificationsJOB QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS):
- Bachelor’s degree in a Pharmaceutical, Medical, or Life-Science field.
- MSc/MA in business administration, and/or Additional marketing qualifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales or another relevant role
- Proven experience in sales and marketing and managing relationships with key clients, including DTC (direct to customer) - a must
- previous people management experience
- Experience in Medical Aesthetics markets, in dermatology and/or beauty brands
- able to demonstrate substantial success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through the direction and motivation of others, resulted-oriented mindset
- Able to engage and influence stakeholders to ensure the best cross-functional thinking and results
Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Solid knowledge of AI tools especially for digital environments- a must
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- strategic thinker, who can translate strategy into practical, competitive and executable business plans
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, Inspirational and passionate communicator
- Planning, recommending, and implementing objectives, strategies and practices to assure the

- Languages: Fluent in both English and Hebrew
