We have an excellent opportunity available for a Marketing Junior Project Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Eastern Europe Business Unit, based in our Amsterdam office in Netherlands. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and evolve our marketing agenda together. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal stakeholders. You will be bringing to life the exciting innovation and portfolio change projects, which are instrumental to our growth plans. We are looking for a Marketing Junior Project Manager with at least 2 years experience across marketing, project management or related functions. You must have strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills in order to bring projects to life, with the goal to maximize the consumer offering and experience for Heinz across Eastern Europe.
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering innovation and portfolio projects for our Eastern European region: ranging from new launches, product renovations, design changes and technical updates
- Project management of end-to-end initiatives, building and navigating cross-functional project teams through the operational and portfolio change stage processes
- Platform & Process Ownership: Drive project execution through HIVE- project management tool- managing key stakeholders, including internal factories and co-packers.
- Problem-solving on portfolio and business challenges to scope project solutions that can optimize and unlock commercial opportunities, and finding ways to accelerate timelines or find new solutions to bring them to life
- Building strong partnerships with our sales, trade marketing, S&OP and away from home teams to navigate portfolio changes across internal & external stakeholders
- Supporting to design the strategic roadmap for our future portfolio and innovation pipeline, to deliver our market share and innovation delivery ambitions that accelerate our Heinz brand growth across the Eastern European region

- At least a bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years relevant experience in marketing, project management or related field, ideally within consumer products
- Strong organizational skills and ability to proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Ownership mindset, push to learn through new challenges and building capability to drive results and lead independently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Collaborative mindset and people skills; working alongside a broad range of functions to facilitate alignments, information sharing and approvals
- Consumer understanding and ability to translate market trends and insights into portfolio and innovation workstreams, or to inform creative decision making
- Fluent in English.
