Part-time flexible schedule, nights and weekends required

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist events manager with planning on-site activation events, including sponsorship events/activation
Prepare recap reports after each event
As assigned, serve as the events team lead at events
At events: assess, advise and assist event attendees that have questions on Mountain America products or accounts
Prepare equipment and fleet vehicles for events
Track sponsorship fulfilment across multiple platforms
Assist the team with new account promotions and company apparel order fulfillment
Send a weekly events recap report to sponsorship and events team leadership
Support the sponsorships and events team with managing the member discount page on company website
As assigned, help coordinate sponsorship contractual assets
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently attending an educational institution with an emphasis in
Business, Marketing, Sports Marketing, Communications or related field.
Managerial Responsibility
Has no supervisory/managerial responsibilities
Language Skills
Must have the ability to read, understand and carry out instructions in written and oral form.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES / WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands
Ability to talk, hear, sit, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms consistently. Ability to stand, walk, kneel and crouch occasionally.

Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)
Weight Lifted or Force Exerted
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
