The Marketing Interns role focuses on providing operational support for the Marketing team. Given the time-sensitive and detailed nature of marketing materials and product deliveries, this role must have a strong ability to prioritize, focus and communicate clearlyThe ideal candidate for this position is a critical thinker with strong intuition and ability to stay a step ahead of potential issues by being highly organized and detailed oriented. Timely responsiveness, thoughtful customer service and careful attention to detail are crucial for this position. 

This internship will run from Nov. 10th through March 6th 2026 and will be approximately 30-35hrs per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  

  • Review, analyze and process orders for partners, friends of the brand and media requests 
  • Assist with marketing co-op program for specialty retailers.
  • Assist with marketing materials for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and adhere to clear standard operating procedure guidelines to uphold consistency across our service and fulfillment efforts 
  • Provide thoughtful and detailed attention to our customers and internal stakeholders alike to support their needs 
  • Assist with providing project updates to marketing team and other internal stakeholders
  • Run and analyze daily order and shipping reports and communicate updates to appropriate team members to keep the process on track and manage expectations 
  • Build out monthly communication for wholesale partners  
  • Maintain and update internal databases 

COMPETENCIES: 

  • Understanding of company’s Order Management Systems such as Blue Cherry, Softeon
  • Skilled with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
  • Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills  
  • Sense of urgency with extreme attention to detail 
  • Organized and proficient in prioritizing  
  • Effective at working in a team environment, yet able to work independently as needed  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently  

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferred  
  • 2 + years of experience with marketing  
  • Enjoyment of daily problem-solving
