Events are NEURA Robotics' central showcase for the future of cognitive robotics. At leading trade shows such as automatica we present our innovations, and we are increasingly present at summits, conferences and similar platforms worldwide. In Marketing Strategy & Operations, part of the Marketing & Communications department, we are looking for someone who pitches in, thinks along and grows into further marketing topics beyond events.
Your mission & challenges
You support our team in planning, preparing and delivering trade show appearances and other events, from the first concept idea through coordination to follow-up, and you are on site during build-up and show days.
You work with internal stakeholders and external partners such as booth builders and agencies and keep track of timelines, budgets and task lists.
You take care of event logistics such as booth staff lists, travel and hotel bookings, shipping of exhibits and giveaway orders.
You help prepare event materials, maintain overviews and measure success against our KPIs, including lead capture and post-event reporting.
Beyond events, you support the marketing team on product and partner topics, for example by creating content, coordinating materials and preparing campaigns.
What we're looking forward to
