Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Create marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines using IFF templates (e.g., presentations, tasting sheets, videos, posters)
  • Capture and share insights on food, beverage, and flavor trends across the organization
  • Support sourcing and purchasing of market samples for global colleagues
  • Coordinate with external partners for branded materials and printed assets (labels, leaflets, etc.)
  • Develop content for internal communication channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Customer Insights) to support customer experience initiatives
  • Assist with the organization of trade shows, events, and exhibitions, including logistics and on-site coordination
  • Monitor marketing and industry trends and contribute ideas to improve activities and processes

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
  • Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Organized approach with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in food and beverage industry is an advantage
