We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join the TitanApps marketing team and own our Link Building & Outreach direction. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with a clear mission: increase TitanApps’s visibility in LLMs, build high-quality backlinks, and drive measurable results in SEO & GEO.
If you're passionate about SEO, enjoy building relationships with relevant websites, crafting outreach campaigns that get responses, and seeing high-quality backlinks go live, this role is for you.
- Genuine interest in outreach/SEO: You’re comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy work and energized by the hunt for the right opportunity.
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
- Self-organization: You can manage multiple active conversations, track progress across many threads, and hit deadlines without someone checking in on you.
- AI-tool fluency: You already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools for research and content generation.
- Good at finding things online: You know how to find information and contacts online: LinkedIn, social media, direct channels. You don’t stop at the first dead end.
- Comfort with basic IT tools: Google Suite, project management tools.
- Technical marketing exposure: Familiarity with cold email infrastructure, automation tools, or SEO basics. You’re willing to go deeper here.
- Experience with SaaS or B2B products: You understand how product-led growth works and why backlinks to a SaaS product matter beyond raw traffic.
- Prior outreach experience: Even personal projects, freelance gigs, or academic work counts.
- Research & identify opportunities: Find high-quality websites, blogs, and publications for link building. You know where to look and how to evaluate what’s worth pursuing.
- Run outreach campaigns: Execute email and social outreach to secure backlinks and guest posting placements. Own the full cycle, from first contact to confirmation.
- Build relationships: Nurture connections with bloggers, journalists, and content creators in relevant niches.
- Stay sharp on SEO & LLMs: Actively learn and apply knowledge on SEO fundamentals and LLM optimization.
- Collaborate across teams: Work with our marketing and content teams to align outreach activities with broader marketing goals.
- Track everything: Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, responses, and acquired links in tracking spreadsheets.

What We Do
Railsware is a product studio with two main focuses – Railsware products and consultancy services. Railsware Products: Mailtrap.io, Coupler.io, and TitanApps.io were initially created as simple in-house tools. They quickly got recognition in the community and became commercial products with a multi-million user base, steady growth, and ambitious plans. As for consultancy services, we build great web and mobile solutions focusing on clients’ essential business objectives, creating value for the end-users, and ensuring products’ steady growth. No matter what products Railsware is working on, we always stick to the three simple principles: 🔸 do what makes sense 🔸 take responsibility 🔸 improve and share your craft As a result, we can boast of many successful products that help people on various levels. Like these: 🔹Calendly - an online appointment scheduling platform that we’ve been supporting from the ideation to a $3.5 billion business. 🔹BrightBytes - a research-based decision support platform. Railsware extended the BrightBytes tech team to help build complicated parts of projects till the moment when Google acquired BrightBytes. 🔹DoctorOnlineUA - a free online platform for Ukrainians who require physical and mental health advice but don’t have access to qualified medicine. During the first six months, more than 1600 consultations have been held for free. At Railsware, we value freedom, remote and a flexible schedule, and a balanced workload. We guarantee easy-going onboarding, a clear but flexible development plan, and the ability to take responsibility for decision-making through a holacratic team structure.
