Koble Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Marketing Associate to support our marketing team during a high-impact growth period. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in social media and visual design who wants hands-on experience in B2B marketing. 
You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
Social Media Execution 
  • Manage and schedule posts across platforms (primarily LinkedIn/Youtube/Meta) 
  • Draft engaging captions and messaging tailored to Koble’s ICP 
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages as appropriate 
  • Track performance metrics and recommend optimizations 
Design & Visual Content 
  • Create visually compelling assets for: 
  • Social media posts 
  • Presentations 
  • Website graphics 
  • Email campaigns 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials 
  • Collaborate on visual storytelling for campaigns and initiatives 
Additional duties with content and campaigns may be assigned.  
 
Qualifications 
Required 
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field 
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook 
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) 
  • 40-hour work week from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. In-office attendance required.  
  • Interest in B2B, SaaS, or ERP systems 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles 
  • Experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, social scheduling platforms) 
  • Portfolio or examples of content/design work  
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
