Requirements
What You'll Do
- Content Creation: Develop engaging digital content from end to end, including strategizing a campaign, ideation, developing a storyline, involving in the production of videos, infographics, articles, blogs
- Social Media: Assist in managing posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok. This includes posting content, managing responses and comments, and monitoring and reporting on post performance.
- Copywriting: Involved in all forms of copywriting, including long-form and short-form articles, crafting captions, and developing scripts
- Research & Campaign Support: Identify stories for our target audience, conduct research on trends and competitors, and collaborate with graphic designers to enhance visual content
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to execute content strategies and support campaign initiatives effectively
What We Expect of You
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing and content creation, with a good understanding of social media trends, including the use of hashtags, emojis, and acronyms.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, and an understanding of platform-based marketing strategies.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
- Bonus points if you are a fun social media junkie and like to think outside the box!
- A positive and collaborative team player who is proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing your content, writing, or social media work is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
- Curious and eager to learn how technology is shaping the insurance industry
