About you

We are seeking a dynamic and creative intern to support our External Communication, PR, and Branding initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, public relations, and brand management while working alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials
  • Help draft press releases, blog posts, and external communications
  • Support the development of brand messaging and visual content
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels

Public Relations Support

  • Research and compile media contact lists and industry publications
  • Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings
  • Assist in organizing press events, interviews, and media briefings
  • Help coordinate with journalists, bloggers, and influencers

Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency across all external communications
  • Support brand guideline implementation and updates
  • Assist in competitor analysis and market research
  • Help maintain brand asset libraries and documentation

Digital Marketing Assistance

  • Support social media management and community engagement
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Help track and analyze digital marketing metrics
  • Contribute to SEO and content optimization efforts

Administrative & Project Support

  • Coordinate communication projects and maintain project timelines
  • Assist in event planning and execution for brand activations
  • Provide general administrative support to the communications team
  • Help prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of social media management tools
  • Basic understanding of PR principles and media relations
  • Previous internship or project experience in communications or marketing
  • Familiarity with content management systems
