- Marketing/Category Intern will support the team in managing and developing the product category, working directly with brands to operate products and optimize business performance.
- Work directly with brands/suppliers to exchange information on products, pricing, inventory, promotion policies, images, and communication materials.
- Manage product listings across sales channels (90% online): update product information, optimize descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Build and execute sales-driving programs: flash sales, combos, vouchers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and propose optimizations based on daily/weekly data.
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
- Participate in training and retraining sessions related to category/product knowledge for relevant teams.
- Support other tasks as requested by the Category Manager.
- 3rd–4th year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
- Passion for e-commerce; understanding of platforms (Shopee/Lazada/Tiki) is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a proactive working attitude.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle deadline pressure.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Working time: full-time or at least 4–5 shifts per week depending on agreement.
- Internship allowance of 1,000,000 VND.
- Practical training in category management, product management, and optimization of sales channels (trade/merchandise).
