JOB DESCRIPTION

Northwest Bank is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in a collaborative environment, supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, social media, content creation, market research, and brand strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

· Create and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.

· Help design promotional materials and internal communications.

· Support event planning and community outreach initiatives.

· Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, and Customer Experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

· Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
