Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Marketing Intern. - Boca Raton, FL.

Summary of responsibilities:

• Graphic design of flyers and promotional materials.
• Assisting in the management of social media accounts.
• Representation at departmental tabling and presentation events.
• Research promotional items and opportunities for Campus Recreation.
• Take pictures at Campus Recreation related events.
• Develop effective strategies for enhancing engagement via social media with considerations for target audiences (students, prospective students/parents, alumni, and the campus community)
• Collaborate with the Student Affairs Marketing Team on long-term projects, such as campaign strategy, and short-term projects, such as monitoring analytics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma and one year of appropriate experience required.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Salary:

$15 per hour.

Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm. Up to 20 hours per week.
