What if your first job changed lives, including your own?

At EF Language Abroad, we believe that learning a language abroad is one of the most transformative experiences a person can have. And we need passionate, creative people to help tell that story. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil, reporting to the Marketing Coordinator. This is your chance to kick off your career in a global company, work alongside an energetic and ambitious team, and help young people take the leap toward a life-changing experience abroad.

You'll play a real role in how we connect with our audience: managing our social media presence, supporting content creation, and helping bring our brand to life — both online and offline. No fluff, no busy work — just real impact, real growth, and a team that's genuinely rooting for you from day one.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Community Management of EF's social media channels, supporting interaction with the online community by responding to questions, comments, and messages in line with the brand's identity.

  • Community Management on posts from partnered influencers.

  • Support the development of content topics, follow up on deliverables, and review social media materials.

  • Support the writing of captions for EF's social media posts.

  • Support the content planning for EF's social media channels.

Requirements:

  • Education & Language: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (expected graduation by mid-2028). Fluency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English is mandatory.

  • Digital Skills & Aesthetic Sense: Hands-on experience familiarity with Canva and CapCut, with a good eye for design and sensitivity to online behavior and content trends.

  • Organization & Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail.

  • Communication & Teamwork: Clear and structured communicator, collaborative by nature, and comfortable working within a global marketing team across diverse backgrounds.

Why you will love working with us:

More than just a job, we offer a career, and the benefits grow with you.

From day one, all EF team members enjoy:

  • Benefits by law

  • Corporate benefits discounts

  • Staff referral bonus (500 USD)

  • EF Hello App

  • Access to the Mental Health App "Foundation"

As you grow through our career ladder, more doors open. Depending on your level, you may unlock:

  • Global Mobile Office and national recognition events

  • Famtrip nominations — travel to the USA, Europe and beyond

  • Free language courses and international training nominations

  • Hub Office visits with training and networking opportunities

  • Leadership development programs and international kickoffs

Benefits vary by career level and are subject to local labor laws and business eligibility criteria.

About Us
Some companies are in the business of banking. Others are in the business of shoes. Or sports. Or soft drinks. At EF, we're in a different kind of business. One that's a little less tangible, and a lot more important. Because our business, what we make, makes everything else possible. We're in the business of understanding. Between people. Between cultures.

For over half a century we’ve been the leader in international educational programs and experiences designed to foster such understanding.  Through language, cultural exchange, academic studies, and educational travel, we create the kinds of immersive experiences that challenge biases, open minds, and pave the way for a more understanding world.

You’ll find our offices and schools located in some of the world’s greatest cities, and filled with smart, driven people (over 50,000 of us) who push each other to be better every day. But it’s what we do together - building greater understanding, breaking down barriers, and creating a better world - that makes all the difference.
