What Success Looks Like

Success in this internship is not measured solely by how much work an intern can complete. We will evaluate the experience based on learning, skill development, professional growth, quality of work, collaboration, and increasing independence.

At the conclusion of the program, the intern should leave with tangible experience, new skills, professional relationships, constructive feedback, and a clearer understanding of potential career paths.

Program Outcome

At the end of the 12 weeks, the intern will participate in a final review with their manager and mentor. The discussion will cover accomplishments, skills developed, areas for continued growth, and potential next steps.

Where appropriate, interns may be considered for future employment opportunities; however, the primary purpose of this program is to provide a meaningful, structured learning and professional development experience.
