Working with our Growth team, an intern would be participating in:
- Proposal Preparation: Assist in the development, formatting, and editing of client proposals, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Document Preparation (Decks, Sales Sheets): Support the creation of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, and other collateral, to aid business development efforts.
- HubSpot Data Entry/Cleanup: Maintain and update contact records, and pipeline data in HubSpot to ensure data accuracy and organization.
- Website/Bio Updates: Update company website content, including employee bios, news posts, and service pages, to reflect the latest firm developments and personnel changes.
To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:
- On track to completing a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, English or Journalism preferred, from accredited college or university
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proactive with a team-player attitude with proven people skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task and apply solid organizational skills in fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented, with high productivity; experience with multiple corresponding deadlines
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Hubspot preferred
- Desire to grow in the Marketing or Business Development field
Other Notes:
- Ability to occasionally travel to HCVT offices in Southern California as necessary
