Our Santa Ana office is seeking a full-time Marketing Intern for the summer of 2025, to provide marketing support through the organization and maintenance of materials and data used to develop proposals, presentations, resumes, project sheets and firm qualifications. Work may include data entry, file organization and tracking, internal coordination on various tasks, and assistance with special projects and initiatives.
Relocation and housing are NOT provided for this in-person internship opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquires and making appointments.
  • Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
  • Assists management in analyzing various data.
  • Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Detail-oriented approach and ability to assist with the maintenance of information systems, including data entry and data migration for web-based and network-based programs used to house information utilized by marketing staff
  • Capability to assist with compiling, tracking and checking qualification information, including writing, proofreading and editing, and completing forms for marketing purposes

What We Prefer:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or relevant field
  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and InDesign (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task

The approximate pay range for Los Angeles Metro Area and Orange County, CA is $21.45 - $32.17. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
