ABOUT OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

At Herschel Supply, our summer internship program is designed to provide an engaging and enriching learning experience for students looking to kickstart careers in our industry. As an intern, you’ll have the chance to explore the inner workings of a global lifestyle brand while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. Through meaningful projects and mentorship opportunities, you’ll develop practical skills, expand your knowledge, and gain valuable insights into the industry.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

As one of two Marketing Interns, you will report into the Manager, Creative Operations and Copy, gaining exposure to in-house marketing campaign processes. You will gain experience working in different areas within our marketing department, including copywriting, public relations, social media, retail, and ecommerce. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative team and our workplace is dynamic, supportive, and entrepreneurial in spirit.

We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about developing their skills in marketing. You will be with us during a busy campaign season, where you will support campaign development, influencer seeding, and general marketing operations. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about our creative team’s processes, and experience being on-set for a photoshoot.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting day-to-day project management and marketing deliverables across a busy campaign period.
  • Supporting our in-house Copy Team with writing campaign copy decks, press releases, product descriptions, and AI translations.
  • Researching and identifying new influencer opportunities.
  • Coordinating product seeding initiatives, including send-outs, VIP gifting, and sample requests.
  • Organizing and maintaining PR seeding inventory.
  • Supporting retail activations and product showroom flips.
  • Community management on our social channels.

ABOUT YOU

  • Passion for marketing, copywriting and public relations, with a strong preference for individuals interested in the fashion, travel and lifestyle spaces.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to collaborate with a team, and convey ideas effectively.
  • Currently studying towards a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or similar at a Canadian school is essential
  • Strong awareness of current and upcoming trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, with superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work on a variety of projects at once.

  • Dates: May - August 2025 (must be available to work full-time for the duration)
  • Hourly Wage: $17.40 per hour
