The program runs from June 2nd, 2026 through August 7th, 2026. Interns are expected to work at least three days per week in our Nashua, NH office and commit to the full duration of the program. This opportunity is open to rising seniors only.
Job Overview
Rightworks is looking for a Self‑Serve Growth Intern to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for a curious, hands-on individual to help improve how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase our products online. You’ll work closely with the team leading self-serve growth and get real experience analyzing data, testing ideas, and improving the website journey from first visit to purchase.
Responsibilities
• Build weekly website metric snapshots (visitor → conversion).
• Learn the basics of digital analytics and debugging.
• Audit and update review platform assets.
• Monitor and manage review responses and routing.
• Create a virtual product demo.
• Review lifecycle email program: document the current state and propose quick wins.
• Participate in the final stage of our website optimization project.
Requirements
• Currently enrolled college student with coursework, projects, and/or a major in business, marketing, analytics, HCI/interaction design, information science, or related fields.
• Exposure to spreadsheets and/or analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance and stay on track.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
