Job Description:
Ryan Companies has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Marketing Intern in Phoenix or Minneapolis! This position is available as a summer internship running from May to August.
Some things you can expect to do:
Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to support strategic initiatives and gain insight into high-level decision-making processes.
Assist the business unit marketing teams in developing and executing localized marketing deliverables and/or events.
Support the digital marketing team with content creation, social media management, and performance analytics.
Work with the brand & creative team on developing marketing materials, graphic design deliverables, and brand management.
Partner with the communications team to craft messaging, press releases, and internal newsletter content.
Gain exposure to marketing technology & operations, including data management, automation tools, and analytics.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing projects.
Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
To be successful in this role:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
No working experience required
Able to work 40 hours per week
You will really stand out if you:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Highly motivated self-starter employing high attention to detail
Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, handle shifting priorities and carry tasks to completion
Creative spirit with a desire to learn

Compensation:
The hourly wage is $20-$25/hour . The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities.
