- Support the Northwest Marketing Team with day-to-day functions.
- Assist with marketing database, including maintaining clean lists, standardizing segment groups, and optimizing the internal data structure for GPS.
- Create and maintain marketing operations documentation and processes.
- Monitor database health and collaborate with internal teams on data quality initiatives.
- Support management of contacts database to ensure good data hygiene and privacy data compliance.
- Compile multiple data sources and create reports and dashboards to be used to drive marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Computer Skills: Experience with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms such as SalesForce and Marketo, preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
- Works well with a team.
- Organized and self-motivated.
