The Director of the IT PMO at GuidePoint Security will oversee IT project management processes, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring successful execution of IT initiatives and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include partner alignment, governance, team leadership, and performance measurement.

Serve as principal technical authority for Cribl Stream/Edge observability pipelines: design and operate multi-TB/day routing, transformation, enrichment, replay, secure data flows, HA/DR and reliability frameworks; integrate with SIEM/analytics (Splunk, Elastic, cloud), mentor engineers, lead escalations, and define reusable packs, runbooks, and platform standards.

The Exposure Management Engineer optimizes and automates security platforms, manages vulnerabilities and exposure findings, and coordinates with client teams for remediation workflows.
