Let’s Talk About This Position

We’re looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our growing Marketing department. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing Marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with Consumer Marketing, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations.

This is a great opportunity to acquire not only Marketing skills but also gain broad experience in the Marketing field (from Product to Digital Marketing expertise). Ultimately, you should be prepared to enter a growing company with a hands-on spirit.

Knowledge in digital strategy/tools and website content management is highly desired.

Reporting to the Solutions Marketing Manager Latin America, the candidate will:

• Support the Marketing Team in daily administrative duties.

• Assist in Marketing promotional activities online and offline (organizing product brochures, creating new product literature/materials, managing internal approval processes, interfacing with marketing teams across ALA, US and Europe region, marketing center repository management);

• Knowledge in digital strategy/tools and website content management is a plus

• Interface with external third parties and service providers (BTL and Digital Agencies);

• Communicating with Sales Team across Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Chile) to help organizing and distribution of promotional and marketing materials.

• Help organizing Marketing events.

• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management system.

• Help execute the communication strategy.

• Help with the social media strategy and execution.

• Must be current enrolled in a related BS (college/university) – Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related Field.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Organized profile.

• Proactivity.
