  • Build and maintain creator shortlists based on campaign requirements, audience demographics, engagement, content style, and brand fit.
  • Assist the Korean Marketing team with evaluating potential creators for upcoming campaigns.
  • Research emerging Korean creators and social media trends to continuously expand YAMI's influencer network.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential and existing influencer partners.
2. Korean Agency Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with Korean influencer and marketing agencies regarding potential creator partnerships.
  • Request creator recommendations, profiles, rates, availability, audience information, and other campaign-related details.
  • Follow up with agencies on pending requests, negotiations, campaign schedules, and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with agency partners throughout the collaboration process.
  • Keep internal team members updated on agency responses and campaign progress.

3. Influencer Campaign Coordination

  • Support the team in coordinating influencer campaigns from initial outreach through content publication.
  • Communicate campaign requirements, product information, timelines, content guidelines, and deliverables to creators and agency partners.
  • Track product shipment, content deadlines, posting schedules, and outstanding action items.
  • Follow up proactively with creators and agencies to help ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate internally when approvals, additional information, or campaign adjustments are required.

4. Content Review & Campaign Follow-Up

  • Review influencer content before posting to ensure basic alignment with campaign guidelines, key messages, and YAMI branding.
  • Organize creator drafts and support the internal review and approval process.
  • Communicate feedback and revision requests clearly to creators or agency partners.
  • Track published content and collect campaign links, screenshots, and relevant campaign information.
  • Help ensure campaign assets and records are properly stored for future reference.

5. Campaign Tracking & Reporting Support

  • Maintain campaign tracking sheets, creator lists, outreach records, and posting schedules using Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Track basic influencer campaign metrics such as views, engagement, clicks, and other available performance indicators.
  • Assist the team with organizing campaign results and identifying high-performing creators.
  • Support monthly or campaign-level reporting by collecting and organizing relevant data.
  • Help document key learnings that can be applied to future influencer campaigns.

6. Korean Market & Social Media Research
  • Stay up to date with Korean social media trends, creators, popular content formats, and emerging platforms.
  • Monitor competitor influencer campaigns and creator partnerships.
  • Share relevant trends, creator opportunities, and campaign ideas with the Korean Marketing team.
  • Support additional Korean community or social media research as needed.
