Provides end-to-end UAE legal advisory services across corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance, contract, wills, and succession matters. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises on company formation and governance, conducts legal research, prepares opinions and documentation, and independently manages client relationships and service delivery.

The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal advisory and support to clients across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in the UAE. The role requires strong drafting skills, practical legal understanding, and the ability to manage client relationships independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Advisory & Client Handling

Provide day-to-day legal advice to clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, ensuring practical and business-oriented solutions.

2. Contract Drafting & Review

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including:

Commercial contracts

Shareholder agreements

Employment contracts

NDAs and service agreements

3. Corporate & Compliance Advisory

Advise clients on UAE regulatory requirements including:

Company incorporation and structuring

Corporate governance matters

Compliance (CIT, ESR, UBO, AML as applicable)

4. Will Drafting & Succession Planning

Draft and advise on Wills (including ADJD/DIFC), guardianship structures, and estate planning strategies for clients.

5. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of services.

6. Legal Research & Documentation

Conduct legal research on UAE laws and regulations and prepare legal opinions, memos, and advisory notes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Law
Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal agreements and contracts.
Familiarity with UAE company formation procedures, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation tools.

Skills Required
