What You’ll Do:- Act as the primary financial contact for the Business Units under your responsibility, offering end-to-end financial support.
- Lead and contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting for Sales and Opex.
- Deliver insightful reporting—both quantitative and qualitative—to support business performance.
- Provide value-added financial analysis to guide strategic initiatives and decision-making.
- Support month-end close activities and analytics across the affiliate.
- Continuously enhance financial planning and reporting by embracing digital tools, automation, and AI to drive efficiency and compelling data storytelling.
- Uphold fiduciary responsibilities:
- Ensure robust support and controls during monthly closings.
- Guide the business in adhering to financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance standards.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or consulting within a multinational environment (international experience is a plus).
- A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work across functions and lead cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with strategic vision.
- Proactive attitude and a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
