- Strengthen dealer engagement through marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Sales Leadership & Reporting
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives across territories.
- Set sales targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, territory performance reports, and management updates.
- Develop strategic growth plans for each state based on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Implement CRM and reporting systems to improve visibility and accountability.
Required Expertise & Experience
- 8–15+ years of experience in architectural products, interior materials, building materials, or construction-related industries.
- Strong network within architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, builders, and contractors.
- Proven experience in franchisee management and multi-state sales distribution.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles.
- Experience in handling customized or specification-driven products is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with design teams.
