- Strong understanding of both conventional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong brand marketing management knowledge.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance matrix.
- Experience and knowledge of overall crop protection market, deep understanding on Indonesia crop protection market.
- Good knowledge on competition landscape, pest and disease market segment and value.
