Be a part of a team where you will:
Have an Important role in defining Glovo’s local Marketing strategy, adapting the global playbook to local needs.
Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our consumer products, identify growth opportunities, and execute projects to drive growth and engagement
Understand local media landscape and define the right mix of digital/non-digital investment to maximize user base growth within the agreed CAC (Cost of Acquisition) targets.
Track the Market dynamics and competitor activities.
Lead local Marketing activations (offline and online) in coordination with Commercial/other involved teams
Own the tracking and expenditure of the Marketing budget for the country.
Track and monitor key Growth metrics providing the appropriate visibility to stakeholders.
Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Partner Operations, Operations, Finance, Content and Sales.
Establish shared vision across the company for growth product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements.
Communicate and simplify concepts to the audience's needs
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Stats or Quantitative field
3-4 years of experience in a leading FMCG company or in the E-commerce sector performing in a role of similar or larger responsibilities.
Proven track record of delivering business growth, experience defining investment strategy and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and non-digital channels
Strong analytical skills. You are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges. SQL knowledge is a plus
Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation).
Stakeholder management: capacity to influence decision-making, resolve conflicts, and ensure project success while balancing stakeholder priorities
Hands-on attitude: You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
Proficiency in English
Ninja expertise with Excel / Google Sheets (is a must)
Strong consumer understanding skills
