About the Role: 

We don't care where you went to school, what you studied, or what's on your résumé. Baker, musician, banker, designer, engineer, fresh grad, ten-year vet — doesn't matter. One of our cofounders joined as an intern out of high school and skipped college because the work was better than any classroom.

You'll work directly with our founders, Amit and Raghav, owning marketing end-to-end from day one. No three-month ramp. No shadowing for a quarter. You ship something live by Friday of week one. Generalist on day one, specialist by month three — you'll touch everything early, then pick a spike to go deep on.

What you'll do:

  • Take briefs from zero to live — landing pages, launches, campaigns, content, microsites

  • Use AI to do the job, not just summarize it. Research, drafts, assets, distribution — AI-first by default

  • Own a marketing function end-to-end within the first 90 days

  • Set and defend the bar on craft and taste across everything we ship

  • Work directly with founders on positioning, messaging, and category narrative

  • Ship fast, kill what's mid, iterate in public

Who you are — we look for spikes:

  • AI-native. If a task can be handed to AI, you've already handed it

  • Speed over polish. 80% live beats 100% in a doc

  • Audience whisperer. You can tell whether a CFO scrolling at 11 PM will actually stop

  • Doer. You don't drop balls. Blocked things get unblocked within hours

  • Taste-maker. You're not a designer, but you'd rather kill a piece than ship one that's mid

  • Sparring partner. You arrive with a point of view and push back on ours
