We are seeking an experienced Marketing Generalist to drive marketing initiatives for our 3-wheeler business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing automotive marketing campaigns, with expertise in both ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities, digital marketing strategies, and commercial vehicle brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

    • Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives across social media, performance channels, and Google My Business.
    • Manage CRM operations including lead integrations, telecalling setup, scripts, and coordination with external agencies.
    • Drive brand content initiatives including videos, artworks, and regional adaptations.
    • Track campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
    • Own and manage the company website, ensuring content accuracy, multi-language support, and seamless performance across devices.
    • Support in planning and executing BTL and dealer-level marketing activities across key regions.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing outputs.

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency in Hindi and Kannada is mandatory
  • 4 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated marketing or marketing operations.
  • Experience in automobile, EV, mobility, or consumer technology sectors preferred.
  • Hands-on exposure to digital marketing, CRM tools, and offline marketing execution.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Execution-focused mindset with high attention to quality and timelines.
Tools & Platforms
  • CRM tools (LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce or similar).
  • Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google My Business.
  • Website CMS and basic analytics tools.
