About the Role

EPIC Health is seeking a versatile, hands-on Marketing Generalist / Brand Manager to support the day-to-day marketing needs of assigned brands, service lines, and locations. This role is designed for a well-rounded marketer who can move comfortably between brand support, content development, digital marketing, campaign execution, community outreach, and performance reporting.

Rather than focusing narrowly on traditional product marketing, this position serves as an embedded marketing partner to assigned brands. The Marketing Generalist / Brand Manager will work closely with operational and clinical leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to understand each brand's priorities and translate them into practical, effective marketing initiatives that strengthen awareness, patient engagement, and organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, collaborative, and comfortable owning multiple projects from concept through execution. Success in this role requires both creativity and follow-through, with the ability to adapt marketing efforts to the needs of different healthcare brands and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Service-Line Support

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing partner for assigned brands, service lines, and locations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each assigned brand's audience, services, goals, priorities, and competitive environment.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, visual standards, and voice across marketing channels.
  • Partner with leadership and operational stakeholders to identify marketing needs and turn business priorities into actionable plans.
  • Manage marketing requests, project priorities, timelines, approvals, and deliverables for assigned brands.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, SMS, web, print, community, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and coordinate marketing materials including website content, landing pages, blogs, social posts, email campaigns, presentations, flyers, promotional materials, and patient-facing communications.
  • Support new service, location, program, and brand initiatives from planning through launch.
  • Coordinate creative resources, vendors, agencies, and internal partners to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure marketing communications are clear, engaging, brand-aligned, and appropriate for healthcare audiences.

Digital, Social & Content Marketing

  • Maintain and improve website content for assigned brands and service lines, including accuracy, user experience, and conversion opportunities.
  • Support SEO, local search, online listings, and content initiatives that improve visibility and patient discovery.
  • Manage or support social media content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate email and SMS marketing initiatives to support awareness, engagement, and patient communication.
  • Support paid digital advertising initiatives, including creative coordination, targeting, performance review, and vendor or agency communication.

Community, Growth & Brand Engagement

  • Identify practical opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, patient acquisition, engagement, retention, and community visibility.
  • Support community outreach, partnerships, events, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operations, clinical teams, business development, and leadership to support growth priorities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Test new marketing ideas and recommend adjustments based on performance and stakeholder feedback.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, including website, social media, email, paid media, lead generation, and conversion activity.
  • Collaborate with internal and international support teams to maintain dashboards and accurate performance reporting.
  • Translate marketing data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Track relevant KPIs and help connect marketing activity to measurable business and growth outcomes.
  • Provide regular status updates on active projects, results, upcoming priorities, and opportunities for optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, communications, growth marketing, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Experience with digital marketing activities such as websites, social media, email, SEO, paid media, content development, or related platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while independently driving assigned projects to completion.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and business needs may evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing experience within healthcare, physician practices, medical groups, health systems, healthcare services, or another patient-focused organization.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands, locations, service lines, or business units.
  • Understanding of healthcare consumer marketing and the patient journey.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, content management, analytics, or digital advertising platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, local search, social media advertising, website analytics, and conversion optimization.
