Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Coordinate and manage communication between our Marketing Department and all other departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Marketing team and external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.
  • Prepare professional creative presentations, reports, meeting materials, and marketing documents with high attention to detail.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Follow up on project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and cross-functional requirements to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintaining the company’s brand image and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Support social media coordination by monitoring content plans, campaign timelines, and communication with digital teams.
  • Assist in handling marketing budgets, purchase requests, invoices, and basic financial coordination related to marketing operations. 
  • Support the department with administrative and operational tasks whenever required.
