Our Marketing team plays a critical role in translating strategy into action, connecting commercial and product priorities with customers through effective, insight led marketing activity across the Australian market.
What’s the opportunity?
Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, you will support the local planning, execution, measurement and optimisation of mid and lower funnel marketing activity across New Zealand across our brands (Fisher & Paykel and Haier). This role is focused primarily on local marketing execution, supporting the marketing managers and specialists to translate commercial and product priorities into actionable marketing plans, insights and reporting that drive favourable business outcomes.
With a strong focus on execution, you will support end to end marketing campaigns across multiple channels and customer touchpoints, working closely with the global and local marketing teams. You will contribute to product marketing activity including new product introductions, marketing campaigns, promotions and category initiatives, ensuring activity is brand aligned, locally relevant and delivered on time.
Our ideal applicant
You are a capable marketing generalist with experience contributing to marketing planning and execution, ideally within a consumer goods or premium brand environment. You understand how to work within a broader marketing strategy and can translate that into practical, well‑organised plans and campaign activity.
Highly organised and detail‑driven, you are comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams, managing deadlines and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, including media specialist teams such as digital, social, PR and creative. You bring strong data and reporting capability, with the ability to collate, interpret and present performance insights to support optimisation and decision‑making. Exposure to digital marketing is advantageous, as is experience working in a global or matrixed organisation.
You demonstrate sound judgement, decisiveness and a strong sense of ownership across. You can confidently work on the luxury market and the mass market across our two brands: Haier and Fisher & Paykel. You are proactive, curious and collaborative in your working style, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge constructively and continuously look for ways to improve marketing effectiveness. A university degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline is preferred.

Skills Required
