Role Overview

We’re looking for a B2B Existing Business Marketing Executive to join our team at Bupa Place, Salford Quays. As a B2B Marketing Executive, you’ll be supporting the B2B Existing Business Marketing Manager in delivering a programme of marketing communications activity to drive commercial growth through supporting our existing business. You will enable the clinics business to achieve target, delivered via marketing activity which develops and maximises client profitability through direct and intermediated clients.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Championing Bupa Health Clinics' full product range, the brand, the customer, and their needs through all communications.
  • Attending meetings with key stakeholders to understand current up sell and cross sell activity and identify future opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Supporting the quarterly webinar activity to existing clients, prospects and intermediaries, including theming, speakers, invitations, awareness and evaluation.
  • Creating monthly newsletters to clients to support engagement, awareness and cross sale opportunities.
  • Supporting the engagement of intermediaries with awareness marketing.
  • Supporting account managers with merchandise and other print materials for benefits fairs and other events. Provide accurate campaign performance and updates to the Marketing Manager.
  • Liaising within all areas of the business to ensure that staff are fully always briefed on the current status of marketing campaigns and performance.
  • Ensuring all communications meet brand, legal and compliance requirements and are compliant with FCA and advertising standards requirements (where relevant).

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent with some marketing experience.
  • An understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix.
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive persuasive manner, capable of influencing others.
  • An ability to build and manage effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Implementation experience in the latest tools, methods and approaches that are driving cross-channel acquisition and retention.
  • Ability to work with relevant analytics and demonstrated experience in the use of measurement and tracking tools within all marketing communications channels and incorporating results of these tools into marketing campaigns.
