You will:
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth rollout across social, email, website, in-app, offline, and partnership channels.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling, caption writing, community management, and monitoring engagement trends.
- Drive community-building efforts, engaging users across platforms, supporting community conversations, and helping shape a strong user base for YouTrip.
- Assist in content creation, including drafting copy, coordinating with designers and creators, supporting basic photo/video shoots, and preparing assets for social, EDM, blog, and in-app content.
- Coordinate influencer and partnership activities, including liaising with creators, managing deliverables, and compiling performance results.
- Support marketing events and offline activations, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Conduct research and insights gathering, including competitor monitoring, trend spotting, and identifying cultural moments relevant to campaigns and community engagement.
- Prepare performance reports, tracking social analytics, campaign metrics, influencer outputs, and other key KPIs to support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Customer Support, and regional teams to ensure marketing initiatives remain aligned and well-executed.
- Support all ad-hoc related marketing tasks required by the Marketing Lead.
Requirements
You are:
- A Budding Marketing Specialist (2–3 Years Experience): you have hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, managing social calendars, coordinating creators, and keeping multiple workstreams moving. You’re hungry to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Digitally Fluent: you’re comfortable navigating modern marketing tools including:
- Social & content: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook
- Scheduling: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar tools
- Creative: Canva (Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a bonus)
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics
- CRM: Mailchimp, or similar email campaign tools
- CMS: WordPress or similar website management platforms
- Community platforms: Telegram, WhatsApp, or similar community platforms
- A Creative Storyteller: you enjoy crafting content that’s visually engaging, trend-aware and tailored to relevant audiences. You understand what drives engagement and how to communicate with clarity and flair.
- A Meticulous Executor: you’re organised, detail-oriented, and reliable. You manage timelines well, track deliverables across campaigns, creators, and events, and take pride in getting things done right.
- A Collaborative Team Player: you work well with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Data) and communicate clearly, proactively and respectfully.
- A Self-Starter with Hunger to Learn: you experiment, propose ideas, explore new tools, and never hesitate to roll up your sleeves. You’re excited to help build YouTrip’s presence in the market.
