Designs and manages scalable AWS infrastructure, including VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and EKS. Develops Terraform infrastructure as code, improves CI/CD and cloud-native application delivery, and implements monitoring, logging, and alerting. Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, strengthen relationships, increase YouBiz platform engagement and transaction volume, and drive retention and expansion. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support on onboarding and retention while communicating customer insights to influence product improvements and enhance the customer experience.

Own data and AI product initiatives end to end, from defining problems and data requirements through coding, evaluation, launch, monitoring, improvement, and adoption. Build production systems with AI coding agents, create release evaluation suites, track product and operational metrics, measure business impact, collaborate with technical and business teams, and document products through runbooks, design notes, evaluation reports, and training materials.

Support data transformation, structure, metadata, and workflow processes. Extract and analyze transaction, marketing, app usage, and financial data. Build interactive visualizations and reports by integrating KPIs from multiple sources, enabling business teams to self-serve insights and helping stakeholders answer questions about business performance.

Own settlement and reconciliation across payment products and partners, including cash-flow forecasting, liquidity, exception management, refunds, reporting, and accounting support. Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve systems, automation, controls, and reporting. Lead a team of five or more while ensuring accurate settlement, safeguarded balances, regulatory compliance, and operational scalability.

Lead Hong Kong AML/CFT compliance for YouTrip’s stored-value facility, serving as primary liaison with the HKMA and relevant authorities. Maintain the AML/CFT framework, oversee transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, CDD, suspicious transaction investigations and STR filings, and manage group or outsourced AML services through KPIs and SLAs. Advise management, deliver training, report to the Board and senior leadership, oversee remediation, and monitor regulatory developments.

Leads compliance operations across KYC, transaction surveillance, and fraud risk management. Builds and develops the team, owns hiring and performance management, oversees QA and case decision quality, defines KPI and management-information frameworks, monitors backlogs and SLAs, and drives process improvements including threshold tuning, workflow redesign, automation, and responsible AI adoption.

Supports campaign communications, content calendars, CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Executes major, travel, and tactical spend campaigns from planning through delivery. Sources KOLs, event companies, vendors, and partnership opportunities, while maintaining vendor, finance, BA, and KOL tracking records. Install and maintain hardware, software, SaaS applications, office networks, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot user hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, onboard new hires, train users, support office equipment, maintain corporate asset inventories, coordinate with vendors, monitor systems and security logs, and assist with information security audits.

Lead Singapore’s Strategy & Operations function alongside the General Manager. Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities; develop recommendations using market sizing, competitive analysis, and unit economics; negotiate commercial partnerships; launch new initiatives with Product and Marketing; own P&L for business lines; improve business performance frameworks and reporting; and build and lead the new team.

Lead backend engineering for YouBiz: design and own scalable, high-availability services; mentor engineers; plan and deliver projects; write and review high-quality code; collaborate with product, QA, and operations; maintain documentation and promote best practices.
