The Marketing Executive drives sales growth and brand awareness for Hypebeast’s private labels by combining sales strategies with effective marketing execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch GTM Strategies
  • Build and coordinate GTM plans for seasonal drops and capsules.
  • Plan the marketing budget according to ROI.
  • Execute campaign deliverables with creative teams.
  • Manage distribution of press releases and external media coverage.
  • Plan and optimize promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Plan marketing strategies for Hypebeast physical events.
  • Sales & Channel Strategy
  • Identify and execute opportunities to expand sales channels to increase sales and awareness.
  • Create and manage seeding programs, influencer outreach.
  • Leverage the Hypebeast ecosystem for business development opportunities.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver sales/marketing reports with actionable insights.
  • Track marketing spend, optimize use of budget, and report ROI.
  • Internal Cooperation
  • Partner with HBX e-commerce team to maximize launch visibility, traffic, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Hypebeast editorial teams for content placement and exposure.
  • Coordinate with the Hypebeast project team on collaboration and physical events opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in marketing or related discipline.
  • 3+ years in marketing, sales strategy, or brand management.
  • Experience of marketing campaigns that delivered measurable sales growth.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data into sales-driven insights.
  • Possesses a global perspective and understanding of fashion and creative fields.
  • Communication skills to be able to work well in a cross-functional team setting.
  • Time management skills and self-motivated ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-level English and Korean preferred.

자격 요건:

  • 마케팅/관련 전공 학위 보유자
  • 패션 마케팅·세일즈 전략·브랜드 매니지먼트 3년 이상 경력
  • 글로벌 시각과 패션·크리에이티브 산업에 대한 이해 보유
  • ROI 기반 캠페인 기획 및 실행 경험
  • 데이터 분석 및 인사이트 도출 능력
  • 시간 관리 및 자기 주도적 태도 업무 능력
  • 영어 및 한국어 비즈니스 수준 가능자 우대
  • Hypebeast에 대한 이해도
