Main Responsibilities
1. Support the development and implementation of measurable marketing communication campaigns
Enhance BSI’s product and service awareness among targeted client segments, including existing clients and prospects.
2. Maintain and optimize digital content
Regularly review and update webpage/social media content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with campaign objectives.
3. Event organization and promotion
Assist in planning and executing exhibitions, seminars/webinars, and other marketing events.
Manage promotional activities such as email marketing, social media scheduling, and lead generation to ensure event success.
4. Coordinate the marketing materials distribution
Oversee the timely and effective internal and external distribution of marketing materials to maximize campaign impact.
5. Content creation and management
Source, write, edit, and proofread marketing copy, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and global and local campaign goals.
6. Supplier and budget management
Process purchase orders and invoices, adhering to procedures to manage suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of services.
Additional Job Description- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Education: University degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Experience: At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B sectors.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, innovative approach to marketing.
Hands-on experience in PR and social media management (preferred).
Basic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Mandarin communication skills (written and spoken) are a strong advantage.
