Job Description
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting the resort’s brand, services, and offerings to attract high-end clientele. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, manage digital platforms, and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure the resort’s visibility and competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase bookings, and drive revenue for the resort.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, competitor strategies, and guest preferences.
- Manage and update the resort's website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns to ensure they are aligned with the brand's voice and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and packages that attract guests for seasonal offers, events, and special programs.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing resort events, PR campaigns, and influencer collaborations to enhance the resort’s visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns through analytics tools and provide insights for improvements.
- Assist in managing the resort’s reputation online by responding to reviews and maintaining a positive presence on various review platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry or tourism sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and a passion for the luxury hospitality market.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
