Job Purpose:

The Marketing Specialist has the overall responsibility for being the custodian for sub-function of the marketing team for the Company's Technology Solutions, India. Assisting in events, communications, managing the vendor portals and helping in maintaining the the Company's Brand image.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements marketing plans and processes across all vendors.

  • Understands and manages all the vendor portals for the marketing function.

  • Raises requests for activities and ensures that the same is communicated to the teams.

  • Filing claims for vendors and reconciliation with the Company's Finance team.

  • Purchase order and debit note management for all third-party vendors.

  • Assists in the communications function.

  • Database and MIS analysis of business data for marketing usage.

  • Custodian for all marketing collaterals- ensures dispatch and receipt of each.

  • Custodian for all marketing assets and ensures update of each.

  • Helps in conducting events and sourcing for the same.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Good Communication skills (Both written and oral)

  • Seeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external)

  • Must have 2 or more years of experience in marketing / sales co-ordination.

  • Prior experience in distribution and/or IT preferred

  • University degree or equivalent
