Job Description

The First Group Hospitality, Exclusive Private Members' Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative, proactive, and commercially minded Marketing Executive to support the club’s marketing, brand, communications, and member engagement activities. The successful candidate will assist in delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen the club’s position as a leading luxury private members’ destination in Abu Dhabi, while supporting membership growth, engagement, events, and revenue-generating activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with the club’s brand positioning, commercial objectives, and membership goals.

  • Assist in maintaining the club’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and member touchpoints.

  • Coordinate campaigns to support membership enquiries, acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall brand awareness.

  • Manage and update digital marketing channels including social media, website content, CRM, email marketing, and other digital platforms.

  • Create and coordinate engaging content and marketing collateral showcasing the club’s lifestyle, dining, events, experiences, facilities, and member benefits.

  • Support the marketing and promotion of club events, VIP occasions, seasonal campaigns, launches, partnerships, and special member experiences.

  • Assist in coordinating partnerships and collaborations with luxury brands, lifestyle partners, corporate organizations, media, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with PR agencies, photographers, videographers, designers, creative agencies, and other external marketing suppliers as required.

  • Work closely with Membership, Events, F&B, Operations, and other departments to ensure marketing activities are delivered effectively and support the overall member experience.

  • Maintain the club’s social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring.

  • Track campaign performance, digital analytics, member engagement, competitor activity, and relevant marketing trends, preparing regular reports and recommendations.

  • Support the preparation and management of marketing materials, presentations, promotional assets, event collateral, and internal communications.

  • Assist with marketing administration, supplier coordination, purchase requests, invoices, budget tracking, and other departmental requirements.

  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, attention to detail, and brand integrity expected within an exclusive private members’ environment.

Desired Skill & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, lifestyle, F&B, or premium brands.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, promotions, social media, and digital marketing activities.
  • Strong content creation, copywriting, and communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of social media, CRM, email marketing, websites, and digital campaign performance.
  • Creative, proactive, and well organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and delivering communications appropriate for VIP and high-profile clientele.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic or other languages would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools is preferred.
  • Professional, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury private members’ club environment.
