The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to champion the Volkswagen brand and help deliver innovative, customer-focused marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial performance.

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, this role will play a key part in elevating Volkswagen's presence across digital and traditional channels while ensuring alignment with both dealership objectives and Volkswagen brand standards.

Working collaboratively with an established team of Marketing Executives, key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the development and execution of annual marketing, media and advertising plans across digital and traditional channels.
  • Maintaining and optimising dealership websites in partnership with external agencies, ensuring content remains accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Coordinating marketing, advertising, public relations and promotional activities to support business objectives and customer engagement.
  • Identifying innovative opportunities to promote Volkswagen products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Working closely with external suppliers, including advertising, creative, digital and media agencies, to deliver effective campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to maximise digital marketing opportunities, lead generation and campaign performance.
  • Monitoring marketing budgets and ensuring activities are delivered within allocated spend.
  • Acting as a guardian of the Volkswagen brand, ensuring all communications and marketing activities align with corporate identity and brand standards.
  • Bringing fresh ideas, strong digital marketing expertise and a customer-first mindset to enhance brand awareness and the overall Volkswagen ownership experience.

About You

You are a creative and digitally savvy marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful campaigns that connect with customers and strengthen brand presence.

With at least three years' experience in digital marketing and social media, you bring fresh thinking, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience delivering digital marketing initiatives across a range of channels, including social media and online advertising.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and with external partners.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational abilities, with confidence managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a flair for creating engaging content.
  • Excellent administration, time management and coordination skills that enable you to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities and confidence working across a variety of digital platforms and systems.
  • A self-motivated and adaptable approach, with the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • A creative mindset, bringing new ideas and innovative thinking to marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth.
