JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING EXECUTIVE (AREA)
Role Objective
The Marketing Executive plays an important role in supporting sustainable student growth through structured planning, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
Drive revenue growth through strategic event execution, partnership development, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.
This role contributes directly to company growth by delivering measurable results from marketing initiatives to New Student growth.
Key Responsibilities
1️. Event Management (End-to-End Ownership)
- Serve as the marketing focal point for the assigned area.
- Identify and source potential events through active canvassing (schools, malls, communities, and other relevant partners).
- Develop event concepts aligned with acquisition and student growth objectives.
- Plan and execute events end-to-end: ideation, budgeting, stakeholder coordination (internal & external), logistics, and on-site execution.
- Ensure all events follow SOP, timeline, and allocated budget.
- Support on-ground engagement and pitching to maximize the conversion opportunities.
- Conduct structured post-event evaluation and propose improvement plans.
2. Partnership Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, malls, communities, and other relevant partners.
- Conduct active canvassing and pitching to open new collaboration opportunities.
- Negotiate and coordinate partnership activities that support lead generation and brand visibility.
- Maintain ongoing partner engagement to secure recurring and sustainable collaboration opportunities
3. Campaign & Budget Coordination
- Support execution of local marketing initiatives aligned with company strategy.
- Monitor and manage marketing expenses within the allocated budget.
- Provide data-based recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and event effectiveness.
Skills Required
