As a Marketing Executive - Partnership, you will support development and execution of Sparks' Education partnership and retail marketing initiatives by managing partner outreach, campaign execution, and promotional activities across Sparks' learning centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain weekly pipeline of potential brand and partnership leads including outreach tracking and follow ups; manage communications and relationships with brand partners
- Prepare partnership proposals and materials
- Assist in assessing center capacity and identifying commercial / marketing assets within Sparks' Centers
- Coordinate implementation of brand activations and marketing campaigns
- Assist with documentation and coordination related to partnership agreements or campaign logistics
- Ensure marketing materials are installed and utilized accordingly
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reporting
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship management
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel is a plus
