We are looking for a proactive and motivated Marketing Executive Intern to support our 360° marketing expansion in Iberia (Portugal & Spain). In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Iberia marketing manager to execute local campaigns, analyze market trends, and contribute to the overall brand growth. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while playing a key role in expanding our presence in the Iberian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across digital, social media, events, and offline channels.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities in Portugal and Spain.
- Content Creation & Localization: Help adapt global marketing materials to the local audience, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
- Social Media & Community Engagement: Assist in managing local social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with the community.
- Partnerships Marketing :Support collaborations with strategic partners to amplify brand reach.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing activations, trade shows, and local events.
- Proactive & Self-Starter – You take initiative, bring new ideas, and work independently when needed.
- Creative & Analytical – You have a good balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
- Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work cross country.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – You can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.
You’ll be great for this role if you are:
- Native or Near-Native Portuguese speaker (mandatory)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing
- Passion for marketing and consumer engagement
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics is a plus
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage
