About the role:

We are seeking a well-rounded marketing generalist to lead our on-the-ground European marketing strategy, aligning the efforts with our overall strategic marketing, sales and business goals. This role will be the primary point of contact for all European marketing and will focus on growing our market presence in key regions. Our EMEA Marketing Executive will generate and adapt a wide variety of sales and marketing content to resonate with diverse European audiences, manage and organise a yearly roster of industry events, and partner closely with the broader marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to deliver a high-quality impact to our pipeline. 

 Responsibilities:

  • Support our European marketing strategy in close partnership with our global marketing team, and serve as the primary point of contact for all EMEA marketing.
  • Create and adapt existing content to resonate with diverse European audiences. This includes translation into various languages as well as localising messaging for all sales & marketing content, including emails, ads, thought leadership content, presentation decks, collateral, and more.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and management to plan and execute all European industry events and localised digital programs, working closely with the sales team to set up on-site meetings, promote our presence and organise logistics on the ground.
  • Partner with global product marketing, partnerships and sales to keenly understand the European market, and help to influence our messaging and positing in the market.
  • Lead PR and editorial opportunities as they arise for various product launches or marketable moments.
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance of European marketing programs, utilizing reports and dashboards to demonstrate impact to pipeline creation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in marketing for enterprise B2B SaaS organizations. eCommerce industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing marketing plans, content, and campaigns for the European market.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, such as Hubspot and Salesforce, required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, across multiple time zones.
  • Solid project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle event logistics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically, creatively and independently.
  • English and French fluency is a plus.
  • Requires travel up to 10-20%, primarily within European market.
