Build campaigns for a global brand helping businesses strengthen food safety and quality
About BRCGS
BRCGS is a globally recognised brand in supply chain assurance. Our certification, training and digital solutions help businesses improve food safety, quality and operational standards, with BRCGS programmes used across more than 130 countries.
Part of LGC Assure, we work with businesses throughout global supply chains, giving them greater confidence in the products they manufacture, source and sell.
For a marketer, that means working with an established international brand, varied audiences and subject matter that genuinely matters.
Job DescriptionWe’re seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Executive who can take a campaign from an idea through to execution, and then use the results to make the next one even better.
Reporting to the Marketing Programme Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering marketing activity that generates demand, engages customers and supports commercial growth across the BRCGS portfolio.
You’ll create content, build and launch digital campaigns, develop email and nurture activity, support events and use marketing automation and CRM data to understand what is working.
This is an ideal role for someone who already has a strong grounding in marketing and is comfortable doing the work, not simply coordinating it. You’ll need to be equally happy writing customer-facing content, building a campaign in Pardot, working with stakeholders and looking at campaign performance to understand what should happen next.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across a range of channels, including:
- Developing and delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns that support lead generation and commercial growth.
- Creating well-researched, engaging content for various audiences and stages of the customer journey.
- Turning detailed product and service information into clear, compelling customer communications.
- Building and launching emails, landing pages, forms and nurture campaigns using Pardot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Using CRM and lead data to segment audiences and improve targeting, personalisation and engagement.
- Supporting digital activity across content, SEO/GEO, paid search, social media and partner channels.
- Supporting go-to-market activity for BRCGS products and services, including messaging, positioning and audience identification.
- Managing campaigns through Pardot and ensuring leads and campaign activity are accurately captured.
- Monitoring campaign performance and reporting against agreed measures.
- Testing and learning from different approaches to creative, copy, targeting and segmentation.
- Supporting BRCGS at conferences, trade shows and industry events, including pre-event promotion and follow-up campaigns.
- Working with internal teams and external agencies to turn ideas into high-quality marketing activity.
What we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in people who can demonstrate hands-on B2B campaign experience, rather than marketing knowledge alone.
QualificationsYou’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ relevant marketing experience, ideally within a B2B, international or multi-market environment.
- Demonstrable experience of personally delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation technology, ideally Salesforce and Pardot or comparable platforms.
- Experience creating and delivering email campaigns, landing pages, forms or nurture activity.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to make detailed or complex information clear and engaging.
- An understanding of lead generation and how marketing activity contributes to the customer journey and commercial pipeline.
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing, including areas such as SEO, GEO, social and paid activity.
- Confidence working with different customer groups and managing their competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience briefing agencies, designers or other internal resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator, or video-editing software, would be useful but isn’t essential.
This is a hybrid role applicable to people based in the UK and within a commutable distance of Central London. You will be expected to work from our Victoria office (SW1E 5JL) approximately 1 day per week. Occasional additional travel or flexibility may be required to support team meetings, events and business priorities. Please consider this requirement before applying.
